fluorescent bleaches BR - Preparation method

Open Data Verified Data

Add 150kg of DSD sodium acid into the reactor, add solvent acetone, stir, and then add 48.5kg of isocyanate phenyl ester for condensation reaction. After the reaction is completed, let it stand and centrifuge for filtration. Drop the obtained condensation product 4-phenylaminoformamide styrene 2,2 '- disulfonic acid sodium into 81kg of melamine cooled to 0 ℃ for secondary condensation, and adjust the pH value to 4-4.5 with a 10% soda ash solution. React for 1 hour. Adjust the pH value to 8.5-9 using alkali. Add 40.6kg of aniline for reaction. Finally, 97.5kg of ethanolamine was added for substitution reaction at 100-110 ℃. After the reaction is completed, filter while it is hot. Adjust the pH of the filtrate to 2.0-2.5 with hydrochloric acid. Cooling crystallization, filtering, mixing filter cake with baking soda, drying, and crushing to obtain the finished product.

fluorescent bleaches BR - Production method

150kg sodium DSD is put into the reaction kettle, then acetone is added as solvent, stirring is started, and then 48.5kg phenyl isocyanate is added to carry out condensation reaction. After the reaction is completed, let it stand and centrifuge for filtration. The resulting condensation product 4-phenylcarbamylamino-stilbenyl-2, 2 '-sodium disulfonate was added dropwise to 81 kg of cyanuric chloride cooled to 0 ℃ for secondary condensation, and the pH value was adjusted to 4~4.5 with 10% soda ash solution. Reaction for 1 h. Use alkali to adjust the pH value to 8.5~9. 40.6kg of aniline was added for reaction. Finally, 97.5kg of ethanolamine was added and substituted at 100~110 ℃. Filter while hot after the reaction. The pH value of the filtrate was adjusted to 2.0~2.5 with hydrochloric acid. Cooling crystallization, filtering, mixing the filter cake with baking soda, drying, and crushing the finished product.
